Great conversations!

Let’s talk about something that’s often deemed as taboo, out of the norm or just plain bold! You know what I mean, those topics that make your heart beat a little faster, your palms a little sweatier, or make you let out a nervous laugh. It’s like entering unknown territory, and it can be pretty exciting, don’t you think?

Now, the question is, is entering such territory good or bad? Well, that all depends on your intention. If you’re entering it with good intentions, then it’s great! But if not, well, then it’s bad news bears.

Assuming we’re all in agreement about good intentions, why is it that entering this territory can be so great? What’s the logic behind it? Now, before we dive deep into this, let me ask you this, isn’t it a well-known phenomenon? Stand-up comedians, for instance, are pros at entering such territory with the crowd, and they generate laughter by saying things that are out of the ordinary. But why does this work so well?

Here’s my spiritual explanation, folks. On a deep level, we all love to rewire our brains in a way that makes us feel like everything is perfect and lovely. So, when someone presents an idea or topic that our brain typically deems as bad or taboo in a way that feels lovely or perfect, we immediately love it! It’s like a data point that helps us retrain the neural network in our minds to see the world as a more lovely and perfect place.

Now, the end goal of this deep desire is to rewire our brains so that everything feels sweet, lovely, and perfect. And thats what is usually called enlightenment and the enlightened usually say that it is infact the reality that this universe/life is wonderful sweet miracle! So, I guess, anything that moves us even a tiny bit towards enlightenment, we’ll love it and enjoy it greatly. So keep breaking barriers and entering new territory, as long as you’re doing it with good intentions. Just enjoy the ride and have fun with it!
